gave my first shot 1ml test ent .5ml deca 300. honestly i was a bitch, but a man bitch. lol. from what i hear im in trouble tomorrow, i was shaking and felt the pin move around. i wish i could of hit a better spot. i did the ass but alittle far on the outer side, will get better. it still feels like oil in my ass being pushed in the site. im still alittle shakey. thursday will be better, i will master this!

You'll get used to it bro, check out spotinjections.com and some other sources that help with techniques for the beginner. Some even have videos.....massage the area afterwards and you dont feel much if anything the next day.

That deca will actually make the shot feel better faster IMO. For some reason, when there's deca in the syringe my shots always seem to go well.

yea i have checked aroud for injection sites. i actually just finished massageing it with this high powered massager. it was a bitch drawing it out, then i realizes pull back alittle, then let it come out on its own. im sticking to a 23 1.5. but time and expirence will do the trick. also im on day 1 of dbol also. is every 2 1/2 hours to close together. thanks and k to both

personally my first shot was alot of hype for nothing i was so nervous....and then in the end didnt even feel it at all....what a let down....the second shot felt a little prick....first one was sore for 2 days after the second one wasnt
