Day 10
Woke up this morning and was 190, was surprised as hell. I had moved up to 400 of 1-ad on monday but I didnt expect to go up this much. I didn't drink any more water than normal so I don't know what else it could be. Maybe I just held a little more than usual, we'll see when I weigh tomorrow morning I guess. Anyways, had my leg workout last nite. Started off with front squats and did my 5 sets on there and then my lower back began to cramp up terribly. There was really no way I could do regular squats after that, so I went ahead and did my heavy extensions thinking the cramping would subside enough for me to do squats last. It never did though,so I got in a couple on leg press instead. Just added a few more leg curl sets instead of doing sldl afterwards like I usually do,didnt think my back could take it. It was pretty much cramped the entire workout, this was the first time its happened. I've read of guys on roids cramping up in their lower back, could this be the same thing for me? If it did this after squats I can just imagine what it'll feel like after deadlifts this weekend or hopefully this was a one time thing. Does anyone have any other explanation for this?
