Well I hurt my ankle and am layed up so I got bored and decided to take a few pics. Right now I'm at 175lbs @ 5-6%bf. Sorry about the crappy lighting.

This one the lighting is half-ass decent. That photos really doesn't do my arm justice lol. And for those of you who look closely, I'm on Accutane and they took blood 2 days ago for testing. :)

Sorry for the only-forearm pics. Like I said I'm layed up with my ankle hurt and don't do much. I'll be back to normal Monday hopefully. Nope no dieting, I just make sure I get enough cals. Can anyone recommend where on my forearms I should focus? Thanks guys! K+!

Well 4 or 5 years ago I tore the ligaments in my right ankle. Last sunday I was running to my truck and jumped over a curb. Where my foot landed the concrete was broken and shifted. I landed with all my weight on my right ankle and it rolled over completely. It hurt like a mofo and pissed me off because I thought I tore the ligaments again. Turns out I sprained it really bad, but should be full-strength sometime next week. Whew!

Yeah bro. I can relate when it comes to ankles. I used to be able to break everyone else's on the court. Now I can barely jump off my left because the tendons and ligaments are smoked. Even when I don't play they hurt.

Lol your damn right. I hate my fingernails. I have to cut them 3 times a week. As long as they are in that pic, I hadn't cut them in 4 days. Lol as far as the Accutane, I can take pics of the boxes and my script!! Thanks for the words and K+!

keep training hard and do not get any ankle braces, they keep them weaker and you rely on them for life.

I am the ankle expert, I have not sprained mine in many years......... In high school I had like 8 on each leg.

ANKLE SPRAINS SUCKS BIG TIME !!!

Thanks for the solid advice man. Actually yes I had a ton more pictures. Search up threads started by me. Theres quite a few with pictures of me in there. I've DEFINANTLY got abs, but the wheels are lagging. My workout partner hurt hit knee so we no longer include legs in our routine so its hard to find the time but I'm getting back into the swing of it. I feel like an idiot for stopping the leg routine but with time they'll be back! Again thanks and K+ to yo guys!

how is the vascularity on the rest of you? your forarms are awsome. I know on me my forearms stay nice and vascular but on the rest of me (i guess genetics) my viens run deeper.

I've got very prominant veins running from my fingers, throughout my forearms, both vertical and horizontally through my biceps and triceps, up through my shoulders, into my neck, over my traps, and some across my chest. I even have a vein on my top abs, and some below my waistline. The veins are sick looking on my tri's and the inside of my bi's. Ill get some more pics real soon guys!

Show me some vasculatiry in chest , legs and I'll be impressed. I know guys who don't take gear and don't workout who have similar vascularity in the forearms.

Yea I forgot to mention I do have veins running thru my quads but none in the rest of my legs. I'll try to get some pics in the next couple days. When I was 12yrs old I was more vascular, didn't take gear, and didn't workout. I don't think that means anything....lol. I really think vascularity is a genetical thing for the most part. Thanks for the comments guys, K+!

When you were 12 your body produced more growth hormone... But the point is forearm vascularity is common. One guy I knew in New Orleans could be drunk at the bar and pump his fist and get that...

Anyway I'm dieting down myself and will put up. Hopefully a 21" cut arm and chest vascularity.

Yep I know what your saying. The reason I only took forearms pics is because I was layed up with my ankle. I had to have my ankle up in the air and iced for 4 days so I couldn't do much else. Hell, being drunk you should be able to be more veiny! Alchohol thins the blood, causing more blood to fill the veins, right? Whats your bf% now and what are you shooting for bud?

I've dropped it down some but it still between 16 - 18%. With trex , levorex , clen + ketotifren , I should be able to get it way down. For chest vascularity you need it 5% or below. So it's a high protein diet and low on everything else until I get down there

Good stuff. Yea I looked in the mirror today, cold, and when i flexed you could see the striationg running from the center of my chest out. I havn't got the biggest chest but its by far the strongest part of my body. It's hard to find people to take pics for me lol. I'll get 'em up as soon as i can.
