dude if your a fat ass Im a fuckin elephant. Shit if you look like the signature clean i am sure you will be able to get it back to it in time. Muscle pains/tears. are a real pain but hopefully its only for a little bit. Your chest doesnt seem to match your abs. What body type are you?
 
Hey slat you look great, don't let this consume you to the point where near perfection is not enough. Otherwise you will always be miserable. and if that is the case what is the point, none of this is worth it.

This shit we put ourselves through is to make us look good and feel good and if you can't feel good when you look great throw in the towel.

My delts suck. I am working on them. Doing side raises with moderate to heavy lbs causes a lot of pain in my bicep tendon.
I just switched up my routine though.
I am trying to bring a lot of things up. My back and biceps are going to lag for a while do to the healing process.
My legs, traps, delts and upper chest are my focal point.
I definately look small for 237. I still had 8 abs at 250. I looked bigger. I just didn't like that look. I would probably have to be 270 to have no abs. At this stage in my life 225/230 at 6% with veins all over and striations everyplace is where I would like to be again. I actually look bigger like that for some reason.

Still on the diet. No cheating.
I am fluctuating between 237 and 242. I can see my skin tightening due to my body fat dropping slowly! :)
Now if I could just bring myself to do cardio. I did it one morning and that was it!
 
I pumped. Still not doing cardio but I am seeing EXELLENT results. I can see all 8 abs when I am just breathing now. In the morning my obliques are starting to show (barely). I can't wait to see where I am at the end of the month when I get my bf test done again!

I have been really sore from my new workout. I can barely get out of bed in the morning.
I am planning on doing it upon rising. I have an exercize bike with a tv facing it.
I have been able to get up a little earlier every day. My hope is that by monday I will be able to do some cardio. Not so much for fat loss as it is for health purposes.
 
I cheated BAD yesterday!
I was down to 231 too. Time to pull my stuff together and get back on track.

I nailed down four pieces of pizza (peperoni, sausage & jalepeno's) and some candy!
I was back up to 236 last night.
I missed breakfast this morning. I tend to gain some pounds when I do that.

My goal was to get there by May/June. I am not a big fan of cardio so it takes me a little longer to get lean (no cardio or AAS for that picture).
I plan on getting a body fat test done again at the end of this month. That usually gets me motivated again.
I think I am on track for June. I believe I am below 10% body fat right now. Not sure how much though... 9.5% maybe.
I was 225 in that picture. Not sure what my bf% was.
My hope is I can get back there a little heavier.

It comes down to this. Would you rather eat super clean or do cardio. I chose eating super clean!
 
Going to have some blood work done tomorrow. Hopefully, my liver is doing better. I will see how heavy I am then.
