    Hey U, long time no see. I'm just doing cardio, shedding excess 15 lbs put on in 8 weeks of no working out and holidays.
    Yeah, not lifting till February. Cut like 3lbs since the 1st. Just 12 more to drop by Feb 16, going to Puerto Vallarte with GF, yeah,
    Cutting used to be so much easier...LOL

    Dude I was riding back from Las Vegas on Southwest, visited parents for Christmas/New Years, and was thinking how the no Flight Attendant could hold a candle to U. Hell they were modeled after Your persona.

    Yeah, I just got on campus to grade a few papers, today is so nice and chill, I really am eager to listen to U. Hell yeah, I'm concerned if U are gettin weighed down. U got my digis. I won't be in till 5 our time. So, hit me up either way U wanna, both is awesome as well. Remember the external is just a reflection of the internal... look at all the momentum U got goin on moving forward, this -from an outsider's view, cause its hard to see when U are in a hailstorm- appears to me as just another opportunity to grow, main thing is we wanna keep ya light and allowing, and not weigh U down where U feel U gotta steer or control everything.. last thing U wanna do in a crisis. That just makes U hold everything even tighter and think more. Big No, No. Hit me Up When U are ready.

    You already are in shape, but the kewlest thing is I kinda thought U would keep building, setting higher standards and just ya know transforming inner/outer yourself through recreating the outer. But its one thing to predict, and another to actually witness.
    I'm just like happy, to see U, well, just kickin ass.

    Its kinda easy for us who haven't had the direct experience of getting up every mornin and bustin ass to lose sight of the transformation that takes place inside. I mean through the sacrifice, the conquering self doubt, the rigor of following the step by step, the whole 'butterfly effect' takes place. I just think it is amazing. I really, really dig that so much.
    I've been good, I'll share some stories with ya later. I will pm ya in a bit after time reveals how some stories will pan out. I'm just glad to hear from CM/FF.. always be FF in the back of my mind. lol
