I secretly wanna be a personal trainer. This is the FIRST Time I've ever come out and owned it by typing it out. I think personal fitness and "doing the best you can with what you've got/what you can change because you can control" is super important!!!

I have a new iphone app called "Gymboss" It's for timing all kinds of intervals or creating your own. There is a Tabata one already set up on there. Great app! And it's free too.
Kicking your own ass with your iphone doing a tabata workout makes a huge scene but is pretty effective.
A Crossfit trainer friend of mine put me through a bunch of Tabata Squats one day. I was so sore afterward that had I not been through that kind of soreness before under Omega's program I would have gone to the doctor thinking I'd hurt my whole lower body.
Instead of regular DOMS I had trouble...

Still working out hard and just went to the doctor for an unrelated problem (no biggie) and found out I've gained a few pounds over the past 8 months. Dang.
I cleaned up my diet and lost 5 lbs in a couple days. Now to just stay...
Yes! DH would love that. We will fix you some of our protein pancakes on Sat AM. Then my youngest goes to soccer and my daughter to ballet. We're in charge of bringing Teddy Grahams and juice boxes.
