James!!! Great to hear from you! I'm doing good and embarking on a running, situps and push ups 8 week program as I'm going into law enforcement! IT's really challenging because I love lifting so much but necessary to pass the PT part of the entrance to the academy and go even getting on the applicant list! So pumped though!
