I make my oatmeal REALLY thick, sometimes so thick that I can actually shape it into a bar, and it will hold its shape if I leave it in the fridge for awhile. I use thick cut oats, and a little bit of skim milk and nuke for only 1 minute. Then I add lots of peanut butter, honey, chocolate whey (diamond nutrition is best), and some fiber one cereal. It has lots of carbs and fat though, but hey, it tastes good.
