Let's talk numbers. What is your maximum bench press number all time?

I'm curious to hear maximum personal records when it comes to the bench press. A lot of people say that's going to be the barometer that tells you how strong a person is. Being able to bench a lot of weight means that you have a super strong chest and upper body. What is your record? I would love to hear the number. My personal record is 280 lb.

The maximum bench press that I've done is around 350 lbs. That was while I was on tren.

Bros, I have gotten 450 lbs. at my maximum. That was when I weighed like 260 lbs. I was a big boy in those days.

I haven't max benched in a long time but back in the day I used to do three plates, no problem.

I can currently still bench well over 300 lbs. I think the bench press is a great way to gauge how strong your upper body is.

445.5lbs/202.5kg. Sleeves only. Close grip. repped 180kg/396lbs

I've played with a single ply slingshot and did 220kg/484lbs and a triple ply slingshot and had 320kg/704lbs
