LOG UPDATE

After a few weeks battling a stomach bug and then closely followed by a hectic flu training and nutrition has very much been on the back burner and log updates have shown this. But with health back to 100% its time to get back into it so heres the updated plan moving foward.

AAS/PEPS
225mg Test E per week M/W/F injections - (225mg as starting point, bloods again and keep increasing)
3iu HGH
5mg Reta
2mg MotsC
1mg SS31
50mg SLU
10mg cialis pre workout

NUTRITION
2200cals 250c/60f/150p

Oats, Whey & berries
Cream of rice & berries
Chicken, Rice & Beans/broccoli/peas
Mince, Rice & Beans
Ninja creami & rice cakes

All subject to change but thats a normal eating day as of rn

TRAINING
PPL REST PPL REST
30mins incline treadmill 4x a week post workout
12k steps per day goal

Still loving 6x frequency and lifts able to progress whilst feeling well recovered, if this changes will be going to PPL REST UL REST

Cheers lads keen to get back at it - de bloating as the days go and able to breath so keen as to make some gains and kill it for 2nd half of the year.

Had an amazing first week back on plan and first week with slight bump in test, all meals adhered to with cardio goals met and all gym sessions hit with some solid progression. Life is absolute chaos atm juggling a fair bit so going to go to 1 log posts a week in this format with 1 gym day post for 2 in total.

Plan remains the same fat loss is back on the down trend with bloat going away. Lucky to have such great mates that all have similar goals so motivations never an issue trying to keep up with them :ROFLMAO:

As always massive thank you to @Prymal for supporting me their products are amazing and the recent janoshik test results reflect this - also theres some fuckin animals in team prymal so just tryna keep up with them pushes me 😁

Have recently been having rice with yogurt and berries instead of the ninja creami and its a propert 10/10 give it a try

Just wondering if you have plans to add back 5AM, Meth Blue, Tirz and MT2.
Didn’t notice much from any tbh bro so probably not! Was fun to experiment with - tirz for sure killed my appetite early days so maybe on a hard cut I’d use it again

MT2 worked wonders but I’m happy with how dark I am now maybe once a fortnight or so unt I run out

Fat loss ticking back onto the downtrend the same week health finally clicked back to 100% shows the body just needed the runway back bro.
