Glycerol is amazing for post-workout hydration, but you have to be careful — too much can act as a laxative because it pulls water into the intestines :):)
So it can get pretty… explosive, haha.

Good for constipation when on a low-calorie diet while trying to gain mass
 
Good day today. Mentally getting better each day and settling back into a rhythm. Hit an arm blast this morning and everything felt solid. Just putting one foot in front of the other and keeping it moving.


Workout
Lat Pulldown → Bicep Curl
Incline Bench Hammer Curls
Seated Incline DB Curls
Standing Straight Bar Tricep Press
Bent-Over One-Arm Pushbacks
Close-Grip / Diamond Push-Ups (3 sets to failure each)


Meals
meal 1 eggs grits 6 oz flank steak
meal 2 200g chicken / 250g rice
meal 3 2 tortillas 200g chicken
meal 4 350g potatoes / 200g ground beef
meal 5 100g oats 1 scoop protein 1 banana


Check in today 204 we’re up a LB from last week! will start to pack on!
