Still eating in deficit and lowered all doses considerably. Should loose about 10 lbs in the month ahead before starting up on a intense peaking cycle to compete on July 21st. Not understanding what you mean by no weigh in? Weigh in is the day before the meet. I will most likely be 230-235 for the comp so will compete in the 242 class. In November I will try to get down to where I can do a water cut carb deplete to make 220 weight.
