Rested much less between sets today and lifted much lighter. Will be giving this a go for the next month to heal up from the heavy singles over the last couple months. Still eating in deficit and lowered all doses considerably. Should loose about 10 lbs in the month ahead before starting up on a intense peaking cycle to compete on July 21st.
