So I did my weekly weigh in. I lost 0.5 lbs. so I’m going to increase my calories another 200.

So now I’m at 3223 calories daily.

@Mk11kh Here, losing some excess weight is not a bad thing at all. You shouldn't sweat, lose on a half, a pound of water.
 
For electrolytes I found two on Amazon.

Today I did back and triceps. Did cardio this morning.

  • Behind the back cable shrugs 60lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Bb rows 105lbs 3x15 up in reps
  • Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 23lbs 4x12,12,10 up in reps
  • ISO lateral row 90lbs up 45lbs 3x12
  • Smith machine JM press(long head) 50lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Wide grip bb rows 85lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Lat pull downs 145lbs up 15lbs 3x11
  • Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 80lbs 4x15 up in reps
