danm man....now im getting mad....i have had to stop training for about a month now....and its killing me...and now i have to see this kind of progress.. i have alot of lifting to do.... very insperational
same sort of thing happened to me at the gym...i told the guy how to spot and if he had any questions and he said no...i knew just by the way he was standing he didnt know anything when i was pushing the weight so i just stopped..
if PL is arching your back then....im more of a BB style....i try and flex my chest as hard as i can and push as fast as possible...

hadn't got my max in awhile..for bench... and i tried today and i pushed two plates!(225) once after i pushed 205 three times...im going for a 410 deadlift on friday....

you have to think long term.... your coachs are right if you want to be the best ball palyer you can.. you should be playing on average 3- 4 hours a day... shooting ball handling playing ppl better then you, stronger, faster, and bigger then you... when i was serious about ball i played for over...
