bench PR!!

hadn't got my max in awhile..for bench... and i tried today and i pushed two plates!(225) once after i pushed 205 three times...im going for a 410 deadlift on friday....

it definitly is! i havnt been pushing heavy weight..so i think this months work will get the weight high and feeling good...

I just broke into the 200's at 205. Struggled with that, but I bet I'll be doing two plates in a month or so. Hopefully by June 1st.
