    my school gym is gay enough to never have never had a chain belt for dips and chins. what i do instead is use is the large weight belt on the loosest notch. stick one of a dumbbell in there. as long as you aren't too big around the waist, you can use this method for even large dumbbells (90lb+).

    i don't see why not?! you'll gain greater core strength. ;) i prefer standing ohp to any other shoulder exercise.

    just like gymtime said: genetics. (training methods plays a smaller role i believe) i don't necessarily like to be as big as the boys, but i like to be as strong, if not stronger, than them.

    awesome job! my only comment is that if you want to improve your strength, try working in the lower rep range for squats. i like to do up to 5 reps for 4-5 sets and i will also do speed squats (your legs can still grow like this). read up some and try it, you might like it!

    hi all. i am 21, and the weed definitely helped the pain last night (imo, weed is one of the best pain relievers). i will have to hit up the doctor after class my ankle now hurts again so much! i need to make sure nothing is fractured so i allow for proper recovery before i lift on it again...
