215!!!

new squat PR :)

Im pretty happy to finally get past my 200 plateau-- now Im wondering how often I should hit that weight again-- I train legs 1/wk & usually keep it pretty high reps @ 75% of my max.

I was thinking about waiting about 4 wks to try 215 again-- anmy advice???

awesome job!

my only comment is that if you want to improve your strength, try working in the lower rep range for squats. i like to do up to 5 reps for 4-5 sets and i will also do speed squats (your legs can still grow like this). read up some and try it, you might like it!
 
Hell ya.. Congrats!!

Do sum lighter box squats to get that lower range a little stronger... even do sum sets working that range from where your legs are 90 degress to about a 45 degree angle ... that will you get stronger at that point of the lift

CCJ-- dont Aussie guys know that its impolite to ask American women what they weigh??? LOL!! ok.. as of this morning- Im exactly 100lbs less than my max squat...my weight has never really effected my lifts. should it?
