i used to do ohp on delt/tri day, but now im doin chest and delts and tris. lemme lay it out: each exercise is done with 3-4 progressive warm up sets then a work set.
flat bench
work set - 90% 1RM 2-3 reps, 1x8
incline db - 3x5
military seated/DB/machine
work set - 2x8
side raise
work sets - 1x8
skulls
work set - 1x8
is it cool if i replace the militart crap with ohp? ill prolly do it regardless
