Squat PR 12.15.03

Oops, meant 12.15.03

Last week I did 135 for 5x5. This week I decided I wanted to find my one rep max. So my squats went like this:

Warm-up
140x3
155x2
165x1

I went for 175, but I got stuck. Then I went back and tried for 170 and got stuck again. I think I could've gotten it, but I just wasn't focusing hard enough.

I feel like I didn't do much since I didn't do my 5x5 tonight, but I made sure to work extra hard on the rest of my leg workout.

I'm still happy with the 165 though!

165 will only go up!

enjoy the squatting. it's only been two weeks since i sprained my ankle and i think i will have to wait another week, based on current healing progress, before squatting again.

Thanks. I'd be doing so much more by now if I hadn't hurt my stupid back. I was upset that I got completely stuck on 175... :bawling:.
