    5x5 plateau help

In general, how many weeks do you expect to keep advancing in the 5x3 workout once you plateau in the 5x5? I have been on the 5x3 workout for only a couple weeks since I plateaued on the 5x5, and already feel another plateau coming shortly. I am tempted to do 3x3's after this. Any suggestions?

6 days a week/1 bodypart per day. Is this ok?

I am not really new. I just find it easier to concentrate on the single bodypart more when I am only doing one a day. The one thing that worried me about this was the resting, like you mentioned. Worst case scenario, I could just do bi's and tri's on the same day, which would give me 2 days of rest.

I was just curious as to if you guys thought working out 6 days a week, 1 bodypart per day would have any disadvantages to it? i.e) sun- chest mon- bi's tue- tri's wed- legs thur- shoulders fri- back sat - rest

    5x5 - Changing main exercise?

well, I have been on the program for around 8 weeks, and haven't plateaued yet, but I feel a plateau coming shortly. I'd prefer NOT to switch up the primary exercise if I don't have to, but I was just wondering about the whole CNS thing, and your body getting used to the exercises.

    5x5 - Changing main exercise?

In the 5x5 workout, do you ever change the primary exercise(5x5)? I.e, switching from bench to incline? I usually switch the auxilliary exercises up every couple weeks.. is this ok as well?

    5x5 routine & switching the 2x8 exercises

Is it alright to switch the exercises you do for the 2x8 sets in the 5x5 workout? I have been switching them up every other week or so. Just felt weird doing the same thing every week.

Hows this diet look for lean muscle gain?

quadsweeper, the diet you posted looks very easy to follow (Excluding eating chicken at 7:00 AM, lol), but it seems like this diet relys heavily on supplements, something jkurz1 pretty much flamed... any opinions?

Hello, I was curious as to peoples methods for losing weight while keeping(gaining) strength? Is this even possible? I have a bench contest in about 1.5 months, and wanted to lose as much weight as possible without sacrificing my strength. Your suggestions are appreciated!!

Backlash, Thanks for the response. What exactly do you mean by speed bench? Like not resting between sets?

    Increasing bench and squat ORM

Hi, I was curious as to what workouts would help increase my ORM in bench and squats. Me and my roommate made a bet last month to kind of motivate both of us to get back in the gym, and in 2 months, we are measuring out ORM on bench and squat, and I am looking for a natural advantage. Any...

    Anybody had scar revision

I was curious if anyone on here has had scar revision, and your results. I had surgery over a year ago, and am still not happy with the scar. I am thinking about revision. Thanks for your input.
