i have 5/8 & 3/8 chain and i like the feel of the 3/8 chain better on the bp.
they're much smoother when they load/deload if thats important......... which it prolly ain't:)
POWERLIFTERS do them.
they help the middle & bottom of your bench, they hammer your tri's but can be hard on your shoulders.
i like them because they hit my weak part of my bench perfectly and have put much size on my tri's:p
i used to do those 1 bodypart per week
fry your muscle until complete failure then do some breakdown supersets to falure then crawl out of the gym workouts back in the day.
today i'm much smarter and older like powerlifters....2 per week no falure:p
reverse presses do hammer the tri's....however they can be hard on the wrists, you need a spotter to help you unrack the weight, they don't crossver to regular bench that well
