    thanks! thanks for the videos cuthbert. That tells me a lot about what my snatch should look like. Isn't Rbrown doing a "muscle snatch"? Shouldn't he lock out that right elbow if his?

    exercise ball Some guys I know had that problem and they used an exercise ball as the bench. since it is so unstable it cut their reps in half intitially. Might be worth a try

    Wow linder, those performances are really awesome! YOu are tough at such a low bodyweight! What is your diet and eating look like from one week to the next? What do you think you'll be able to do this year in strongman?

    Another 20 rep squatting thread.

    The only thing i can compare a true 20 rep squat to is running a 400 meter dash in a meet. That's the only thing that has ever left me as totally blown up and winded as the 20 rep program.

    495 wow! Wow Cuthbert, that is really amazing! I don't know how you did those cleans and fronts after that deadlift! Wasn't your back fried? DO you pull conventional or sumo out of curiosity. And Rbrown, unreal.

    Sprinting in the winter time ....

    I agree with spatts. Sprint if it isn't slick. We never ran in the rain. Warm up with spandex and warm-ups, then strip the warmups for the workout and you should be fine. It's too easy to ruin your training by slipping on a slick surface at 90% of your top end speed.
