im going to order amp02 and rawmcc in a couple of weeks. i have half a container of no xplode (friend gave it to me) so i want to use it up before i get amp02 and rawmcc. so would no xplode before workouts and 5g of creatine after a workout be good? would this be enough creatine for one day? thanks

after workout: 5 grams of creatine (prolabs)
does no xplode work or should i just take the prolabs creatine before the workout too?
