ok i researched several websites and decided that im going to load it for one week then go in the maintenance phase for a month and then not use creatine for three weeks. and for the loading phase i will drink it 4 times a day 5g a serving. so a total of 20g a day. then for the maintenance phase i will drink it twice a day 5g a serving (before and after workouts). so a total of 10g a day. and everyday i will drink the mass-gainer shake to get some extra calories and protein.
does this sound okay? like im not over doing it right?
