    We used to do those bridges when I played HS football. The good thing was we did them with the helmets on, it gives good protection to the scull. I had a neck wider than my head. Those were the days.

    I train at Planet Fitness in Sunrise on University. It's really close to my office so it's convenient. Boynton Beach is a good 45 minute drive. Too far for working out, but I'll buy you lunch some day and you can give me some pointers.
