J is correct, Cheapinz is an EF sponsor and quiet frankly one of the best companies here to deal with! As J said pm Cheapinz , or try your order later on, it could be a server issue! Best of luck to you!

in my experiences, i dont think for a second an ef sponsor isnt short of at least efficient and professional, best bet as said before is contact them and complain, other than that all i can say is i have had positive experiences

Give it some time then try again. It's probably the server or something technical like that.

I remember getting low on pins one time and ordered some on a Friday if I remember right. Pins were there on Monday.

Needless to say I was a very happy customer.
