Hi guys....

5'3''
27 years old
competitive bodybuilder
160lbs (peaking my bulking season right now)

I just did 4 weeksk of 40mg/day dbol
and I have been on Test cyp for 6 weeks and I have 4 more to go (10 week total)
I also take .5mg kor proviron per day (2 tabs per day)

My PCT will be Nolkva AND clomid, and I'll be starting hcg next week as well (week 7)

I have noticed that my muscles ache and I feel stiff kas a board! I am strong in the gym but I get tired quick, am not very flekxible, and simply feel achey all the time........
Is this a side effect of too much size in a short amount of time?...or is there something I can do about this?.....
My libido also does not feel crazy strong. A lot of guys talk about how horny they are..etc etc.....I have yet to feel any of that. Size and strength is definitely here though. I have put on 17lbs so far in this cycle!.....crazy!........

I was just wondering if these are related or any advice. I posted about libido already but thought I'd mention it again in case it's related...........

Thanks in advance!

Hey bro,
Dont know your supp list but hope you are taking fish oils. You should be taking 2000-4000mgs/day at the minimum. Also gelatin in your PWO shake. And you should be drinking 1 gallon of water per day minimum.
These are just minimums bro, am sure some more expd bros will post up on the chemicals.

so you started your cycle at 143 lbs and you are a "competitive body builder"... something doesn't add up

even at 5' 3" i am suspicious here as well. I am 3 inches taller and weight 40 pounds more then him.

but in any event i agree with zed.. you need good omega's. as Americans we do not get enough. in fact we screw ourselves by getting too much bad crap which further inflames our joints.

Hey guys!....
Thanks! I do take omegas and drink a lot of fluid. I may add in MSM and up my dose of omegas....

Yes I just did a competition in November and won my weightclass (Bantamweight). I came in at 133.7lbs and 2% bodyfat! I am competing for Provincials (I'm Canadian) in the summertime and plan on weighing in at 145lbs with the same 2% bodyfat. I'm currently 161lbs and still have a few weeks left on-cycle.
I can send you guys pics if need be!...haha.......I know it sounds hard to believe but everyone calls me a genetic freak!...lol....I'm very compact......

I guess I'll just add more liquids, add MSM, and up my fish oil doses.......Cutting time is coming soon, so hopefully these things go away. This is teh heaviest I've ever been and I'm thinking that my joints are wondering where all the weight suddenly came from!...haha..........So is my clothes!...

thanks guys....

Are you taking much sodium in your diet? Cramps sound a little like a lack of sodium, its very important in helping muscles to contract, and any person excercising heavily most certainly needs more than the average person. Sodium is only an enemy 24-36 hours before a competion!

lol that's how bruce lee died too low body fat

haha....you guys kill me....

I love the advice I get from forums, but having to prove myself to people I've never met is too funny!....
I would love to post pics or send them, but I like to keep my anabolics usage on the DL. A lot of people browse google and these forums and I'm not quite comfortable with all of my info up. That is why I don't use my last name and never sign with my real name.
I am about 1 year away form being a university professor in Geography and have access to university testing methods. I had my bodyfat percentage measured 2 days before competition and I was 2% bodyfat. This was not by using some electrical hand grip methods that you purchase at wal-mart. This was a full out water displacement method used at the university for their own athletes. Obviously I don't walk around at that percentage!!
I am currently 161lbs with 10% bodyfat and will be cutting down starting in March. My coach has a blueprint of my cut, but I should be right down to the 2-4% bodyfat mark by mid-June (competition date).........It is definitely not impossible to get that low, as I have done it and so have colleagues of mine that compete. It just takes longer (eg. I started cutting 16 weeks away from competition and was already at 9% bodyfat when I started for my last competition)

I have been bodybuilding for 9 years and have worked at a nutrition store throughout University and STILL keep it as a part-time job. When it comes to supplements, I know my stuff. Steroids, however, are new to me. My last competition I did naturally minus 5 weeks of anavar pre-contest. Since I am new to steroids, I have joined these forums for any issues that arise while I am on cycle.

I come on here for help with things that I do not understand, and will most definitely provide answers to those that ask about things that I do know quite well (training, natural supplementation). I see no point in lying to you guys about my competitions, height, weight, and goals. If I was to lie, why would I say I'm 5'3'' and not over 6 foot? Why would I tell you I compete Bantamweight and am bulking to lightweight? These are not exactly super impressive pieces of information. I'm a small guy that is compact, strong, and very dedicated. That is why i come in amazing condition when I compete. If this was a lie, I'd be a monster in the light heavyweight or heavyweight division!...haha....

I believe in providing you guys with the TRUTH, so that you can help me to the best of your abilities whenever I may have an issue. For example, if I had aching joints and was a heavyweight I'm sure that you guys may tell me to use a lot of MSM and really watch impact movements. Instead I'm light at 161lbs (even though that's the heaviest I've ever been), so those answers may not apply.........

I'm not some 16 year old kid trying to impress some online friends.....I am an adult competitive bodybuilder that is learning and experimenting with anabolics and picking the brains of those that have been doing cycles for a long time....

I do appreciate all of your help, but please don't be telling me that you don't believe my information because I can assure you that it is ALL accurate and essential in addressing any issues that I ask about....

thanks again.....
