Lulz, well this has been an interesting discussion. I have been eating properly. I know more than half the people on here about nutrition. I eat a BALANCED diet. Cramming 150 grams of protein down my throat is not going to make me gain 30 pounds. I know this because I used to do it when I was 18, before I had any idea that eating to gain is more than just protein, when I already had 10 times more test running through my system then I do now. Sitting down to massive steaming piles of egg whites with 4 pounds of steaktips on top, chased down with a why protein isolate milkshake from RIPOFF labs. I'm not asking if UPPING MY CALORIES will help me gain, because I know it will. But protein is overrated. Have you ever actually seen anyone make serious gains after buying superplex brand protein powder? I maybe gained a half of a pound on that stuff. 1.2-1.7 was the ASCM guideline, its not gospel and If you actually read my response carefully the only reason why its on there is to prove that your just as technical answer is 2X higher than what the ASCM recommends.
Im beginning to think that your not on here not to give advice but to try and get a rise out of people. I think that you should stop giving advice to people about protein when they're older than 16 and will believe anything the "big guys" tell them.
But I digress, and excuse me if i sound bitter but literally NONE of the questions I asked were answered. oh yeah and what i gave wasnt a source its a lab. They dont sell gear they just make it.
