Anavar - PLEASE help

you never did post what your workouts consist of. if you want to gain size then you need to squat on monday w/5-6 work sets of no less than 10-12 reps using a weight that puts you at failure on the 10-12 rep. .

This is exactly what my training consists of.....to a T. every month, the intensity is raised along with a change in routine....but still, 6-7 work sets of 10-12 reps using weight that actually causes failure @ 8 reps. Nail on the head with that one....as for the rest of your advice, thank you alot. I appreciate it...I have made my choice as far as which way I am going to go and it does not involve anabolic steroids...I did some research on different more intense training programs along with a different diet than I am currently on which involves 1000 more calories.

Thanks Searay

In your first post, you stated.....

If you have been training hard and eating right for the last 3.5 years, then you would SHOULD have quite a bit to show for your efforts. The fact of the matter is you say you dont.

So let me ask you this, if your diet and training is "in check" then why havent you seen better results? Ill give you a hint, its not genetics.

I'm not sure, but for my size, my diet and training program (even though they may not have been up to par according to everyone here)....they should have given me more than I have now...again based off research, guys who are on training programs with diets around what I was on were seeing more gains and looked bigger then I did on the same amount of total training time. to answer your question..... I really dont know what it is....THAT is why I am here.... :) :) :)

When Zygote says it aint in your genetics, he means to tell you that you arent eating enough and or you arent training intensely.. Also, have you gotten your test levels checked?

Genetics really just means the difference between being able to get by with a mediocre plan and having to really dial a plan in.

Comparing your training and diet to others is a bad plan. You need to dial in your diet to you. One of the biggest mistakes many people fairly new to the iron game make is they always think more work is better but its not, you need to work smarter, eat smarter and rest smarter.

PM Radar as he suggested above, he will get you on track.
