Anavar - PLEASE help

i trained a guy your age and in a year he put on close to 60 pounds ,so don't shoot me that genetics thing (thats just an excuse) he was 6'2" and weighed 145 when he started and within a yr he was benching over 300 lbs!

Excuses are just another way of looking for the easy way out!
I was Training back in the day of Frank Zane and Arnold and i can tell you the only way you are going to do anything is to do as i did ,pay your dues and train with Blood ,sweat & tears ,so don't try to tell me otherwise ,because 90% of the members here will agree with me on this, injection are not the answer either,so Quit looking for that magical fix because there is none!
Anyone who has seen me can tell you i have paid my dues ,i just turned 59 this month.

anyway keep posting until someone chimes up with what you want to hear!Good Luck!

Look dude, I'm not trying to be shitty here but.... I am not looking for an "easy fix" or an excuse and I didnt come here to hear something in specific.... I dont appreciate those comments. I asked a question in my initial post and you took it off course....your fault. I never came in here and said, "I need an easy fix" I am STILL willing to pour my sweat into my training because I am determined and NOT a quitter....I simply asked for information on something that could possibly give me the boost I need to get over the wall. Dont come at me with that Easy fix and excuse shit....thats not me and I dont appreciate it. Thanks

I have all the information I need....thank you all for your input/advice. I'm glad I came here.
Have a safe and happy new year

I dont think your up to the task just yet .

Again, specifically said I was committed and dedicated to doing this the right way meaning, will make diet and training changes wherever needed......I thought based off what i've read that they were in check...if I was wrong, thats fine....Willing to change whatever is necessary.....

I'm confused about the above quoted comment.....

at any rate....thank you for your advice....I will look at where I can make changes in my training and diet based off the info in your response.

you never did post what your workouts consist of. if you want to gain size then you need to squat on monday w/5-6 work sets of no less than 10-12 reps using a weight that puts you at failure on the 10-12 rep. do some calf work and call it a day. wend is your bench day w/5-6 sets of 8-10 reps same intesity. add in some delt and tri work and call it a day. fri is deadlift day with the same work ethic as mon and wend. w/ some back and bi work added in. if you are not doing the core size building work then you will never get the results you want. you have already got all the food/calorie advice you need. as far as supps. have you tried creatine? it is a must for natural body builders for gaining size. also just as important are bcaa's and glutamine @ 40,000mg day each on workout days and 20k on non workout days. if you havnt been taking these supps then that should be your next step. as far as anavar goes, yes it is the safest of all orals but still very toxic to the liver and anyone who says differently is an idiot. ALL oral steroids have an additive that keeps them intact so they can pass through the liver and make it into the blood stream, this additive that keeps the steroid intact is very damaging to the liver and you need to keep your oral cycles short, ie. less than 6 wks, and very infrequent, ie. one time per year. oral steroids are also very hard on lipid levels which means it throws your hdl/ldl levels out of whack causing your arteries to clog. all steroids do this and it is very important to keep an eye on this so you dont have a heart attack or stroke out like so many veteran users have. best of luck to you.

All I was trying to say is something is wrong with what you're doing, and not to use genetics as an excuse because you're made out of the same stuff as Myself,Arnold and Zane.and everyone else for that matter.Peace out!

In your first post, you stated.....

Been training naturally for roughly 3.5 years. Been working way to hard and sacrificed way to much to not have what I want to show for it....I have a smaller frame, noone in my family is defined, I feel genetics negatively impacts me. I have been changing my workouts roughly every month and have plateaud without seeing much overall gain since I started lifting years ago.

If you have been training hard and eating right for the last 3.5 years, then you would SHOULD have quite a bit to show for your efforts. The fact of the matter is you say you dont.

So let me ask you this, if your diet and training is "in check" then why havent you seen better results? Ill give you a hint, its not genetics.
