Anavar - PLEASE help

Last resort.....

I am 25 years old, 10.1% body fat. 163 pounds. Been training naturally for roughly 3.5 years. Been working way to hard and sacrificed way to much to not have what I want to show for it....I have a smaller frame, noone in my family is defined, I feel genetics negatively impacts me. I have been changing my workouts roughly every month and have plateaud without seeing much overall gain since I started lifting years ago. I have toned up a slight bit, but not as much as I would like.

We all have to start somewhere so I will admit, I am a noob when it comes to anabolic steroids...Have been researching Anavar solidly all day for the last 7 days....based off my findings, this particular steroid has the lowest "talked about" side effects and is not promoted for mass/extensive size gains but instead for trunk fat loss (i'm hoping this means in the lower abdominal area as I have a slight belly at the bottom of my stomach, had it since I was a kid) and a "Lean, Cut, shredded" look. This is EXACTLY what I am looking for, I have been reading posts from forums all over the web saying to add Test, add this, add that....dont do this, dont do that.... stack this with this, stack that with that....Etc....Its impossible to build a solid basis of confidence in something when there are soooo many opinions out there....funny thing is....Here I am starting a thread that will ultimately accomplish the same thing for someone else in my current position....... foolish?......or the answer to my questions??? :)

Here is my dilemma, regardless of what anyone says, I REFUSE to inject, whether or not it is better makes no difference, I refuse and stand by it...However, I do want to see more gain and know that it can be done orally. I have thought about stacking Var with Winstrol, clenbuterol and tren fina but, based off what I read, this would be very liver toxic (even when taken with liver supporters) and probably NOT a good idea at all for a first timer... I am most worried about my sex drive, This is something that makes me nervous and something that I do not want to lose but at the same time realize that there is pretty much a guarantee of "some" loss. I have read about stacking Anavar with all kinds of things...and am still clueless due to the countless number of "IMO's" I have read

My desire: to see roughly 8-10 pounds of permanent lean muscle gain, not going for bulk, just want to shred up a little without having to inject and without having to go on a narly stack involving 3 or more compounds, I am ultimately looking to go on an "only" stack. Anavar has been talked about the best out of all Steroids that can be taken solely. Again, without having to inject....

Diet is between 2500-3000 calories a day, taking in 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight daily, good carbs, diet is in check.....lots of lean meats, whole grains, fruits, veggies, H2O, good fats and good carbs from solid sources. Eat every 3 hours starting @ 9:00 AM and ending at 8:00 PM.

Training is in check and intense @ 5 days a week with light cardio after 4 out of the 5. Am going to bump up to 6 a week when cycle starts
I dont puss around as pussing around is NOT the way to see gains with only a good diet and good rest.

My question: Can Anavar @ 30-40 MG daily for 6...or 8 weeks, give me the results discussed above. I am aware there are alot of opinions out there....seems people want to know exactly what you are looking for in order to help you so I will reiterate....

1) 8-10 pound solid, lean muscle gain with small size increase and good strength increase
2) gains becoming somewhat longterm if not permanent
3) NO INJECTIONS REGARDLESS OF OPINION....Please respect and dont bash.
4) Minimal side effects
5) Quality Product ( I have no idea where to even start looking for this steroid. I Have heard many stories of online purchasing where the steroid is very diluted and you are not getting the dosage you think you are, any assistance would be appreciated...if none, i'm sure i'll find a way as long as good research supports it )

Most of all
5) Minimal sex drive loss.....Again, I am aware there is almost a guarantee to see some loss, if this is the case after my cycle.....what is the MOST EFFECTIVE way/s to regain what has been lost.

Bad part is, I have absolutely noone in my life with knowledge to discuss this with in person so my only hope at confidence in my decision is to resort to forums like this....
Please dont use alot of jargon in any response and keep acronyms at a minimal so that I dont have to write back asking what something means. Also, I am not looking for someone to tell me not to go on a cycle at all and stick to good diet and sleep. I believe that the only way to really found out how you will react to something is to see for yourself. I am more looking for people with past experiences on a Anavar "only" cycle or any stories of knowledge you might have that will assist me in my journey. At that age you have enough test flowing thru your system to do what you want.
After seeing that picture i'll tell you like it is,It's not that you train but how you train I've seen guys just like you come into my gym and year after year they look the same, You have no muscle to show for it,and frankly anavar isn't gonna do jack if theres no muscle mass to start with. now we're talking calories, it not that you eat but What and how you eat,


Read this ,not bits and pieces but the whole thing,and after that I bet You are not even close to doing anything like that.

Next we get to training ,are you doing the same exercises over & over? the body has a way of adapting,You have to constantly fool the body by completely changing routines ,you do this by increasing intensity,and the total weight, after a few months throw it off again by doing supersets, HIT Training, Forced rep training and so on.

Don't mess with steroids unless you're prepared to stick yourself with a needle. Seriously. You take oral anavar, winny, dbol, anadrol, etc, you'll suppress your natural testosterone production. You can try a transdermal testosterone cream or gel to replace this while on cycle, and it might help but would suppress you even further, allowing your testicles to atrophy and creating an environment where enzymes responsible for converting pregnenolone from cholesterol are not as active as they should be. This in turn would cause a cascade of issues. We try to avoid this by utilizing HCG while on cycle to stimulate the leydig cells and p450scc enzymatic activity.

HCG is an important drug to consider when cycling and the only method of administration is an injection. It can be injected with an insulin syringe right into the belly fat, you can't even feel it.

Injections sound scary at first, but they really aren't a big deal and this method of administration is much safer than continued use of liver toxic orals. I can already guarantee you that you won't stop at one cycle so you should re-evaluate your stance on injections before you even get started.
 
Thanks for all the help dudes. I appreciate it. not sure which route i'm going to go, sticking myself is not an option at this point because 1) I cant do it myself, have tried in the past due to a medical issue when I was younger and failed, had to end up having mom do it for me, and 2) Currently have noone to do it for me.

Situations like mine suck when you have noone to turn to.
Ive seen and talked to guys with my exact frame that have taken Anavar and seen 7-8 pound lean muscle gains while shedding 1.5-2% of their body fat, mostly in the trunk area revealing the lower abdominals.....

The other thing, I said I didnt come in here for someone to tell me I am to young to do this....clearly there are people younger than myself on cycles similar to what I have described that are seeing gains.....Its not about the amount of test already present/flowing through my body, its about all of the sweat I have poured into good training and good diet that is not paying off....I have read countless stories where genetics is the main factor and guys are needing something extra to push them over that edge they are looking for.....Noone in my family has a history of bodybuilding nor is anyone in my family big (talkin muscle, not fat) I have come to the belief that since my eating and training is in check, my genetics is what is hurting me the most. I change my workouts every month on the 1st.....amt of weight, changing routine, increasing intensity, Etc.... yet, I continue to see no gains while still throwing money on expensive and high quality proteins along with a hefty grocery bill. It sucks man, put yourself in my shoes..... Been a hard worker for years now and, its not paying off....

i trained a guy your age and in a year he put on close to 60 pounds ,so don't shoot me that genetics thing (thats just an excuse) he was 6'2" and weighed 145 when he started and within a yr he was benching over 300 lbs!

Excuses are just another way of looking for the easy way out!
I was Training back in the day of Frank Zane and Arnold and i can tell you the only way you are going to do anything is to do as i did ,pay your dues and train with Blood ,sweat & tears ,so don't try to tell me otherwise ,because 90% of the members here will agree with me on this, injection are not the answer either,so Quit looking for that magical fix because there is none!
Anyone who has seen me can tell you i have paid my dues ,i just turned 59 this month.

Well I think your not eating enough!!! 3000+ calories if you want to muscle mass
Your also overtraining!!! Train 3 days per week, left heavy, and only do cardio on rest days if you have to, your burning to many calories and your not letting your muscles recover and grow!!! Remember the pyramid

One of your bodies most prevelent hormones is testosterone. When you take anabolics you natural production of test is shut down so you will have no test of your own. Regardless of your reasons running around for a couple months without one of your bodies primary hormones is not something I am fond of.

Good carbs and whole grains are not necessarily synonymous in my book. We have basically 3 different energy pathways, the Phosphagen, Glycolytic and Oxidative. Typical hypertrophy workouts use primarily the phosphagen pathway while typical cardio uses the oxidative pathway. Having an abundance of carbs in the diet does little for hypertophy style workouts. Ditch rice, potatoes, bread and any thing processed. Track all your meals for a few weeks and monitor your changes in not only weight but performance. Tweak diet accordingly in small amounts and monitor for changes. Ditch light cardio and do 8-15 minutes super intense work to get heart rate jacked.


Stubborn fat hanging is likely a result of a few things. You may be eating too little and your metabolism has slowed. Your eating poor carb choices that have a high glycemic impact and cause a insulin spike causing glycogen to be stored. Your choice of "light" cardio does nothing for long term metabolism, nothing for increasing VO2max and increases cortisol levels for no other reason than to burn a few cals. Ab fat collection is one indicator of High cortisol levels.


All in all it doesnt look like your carrying much mass at all. AAS is NOT going to give you keepable gains, it will give you the gains but keeping them is your job and to be honest I dont think your up to the task just yet and will be dissappointed 2 months after cycle when you lose all your gains.
 
agree with all the guys above, check ur training and caloric intake , i guess u need more than 3000 cal try 3500.
and in case later on u wanna start an oral only cycle for the first time stick with dbol 20-30mg/ed for 4-6 weeks max with an AI (aromatase inhibitor like adex, aromasin, letro) this way ur gains will be lean, of course considering ur eating clean.
