Drove home again early this am - 4 hour drives are becoming rather tedious. I'm tired... was thinking of going home and napping, instead I opted for a starbucks while I wait for an RX refill to be ready to pick-up.

I am driving there on the weekends right now. There on Friday, back home Monday morning. I was flown there last weekend by a prospective employer that I think is going to work out - but they aren't making a decision until "after the Holidays". He has come here once - but my dad has been staying with me the last few months, so that kind of screws things up.

I had a relationship with a girl in Savannah, Ga. It's a 5 hr drive from me. I got tired of making the trip. She came up twice and styed a couple days then reality set in.
 
Don't be such Debbie Downers...it can work out whether she moves closer or he does. Or they just deal with the commute I have seen it work before. I dated a girl that lived 5 hours from me for a year and a half and things were great.
 
This works now cause he doesn't have to drive to you.. it just worked out in his favor that you supplied him with an excuse for not driving 4 hours.

I cant believe I'm saying this but I think I agree with Strongbow on this one.... so far I'm not liking this guy, but if he makes you happy I'm happy :)

You guys he's actually really sweet. I enjoy his company and we don't have to even be doing anything. We can be laying in bed all day - talking via skype for hours at night - there's really a lot of chemistry. He came here the weekend after we met; I prefer to go there. Remember, my dad lives with me right now? Considering he and I are half naked most of the day, spend hours in the hot tub (which I don't have BTW) at night - it just works better for me to go there.

And I really think this job is going to pan out - they did fly me there after all and line up 4 senior leaders for an afternoon, covered all my costs - and it's a huge opportunity. It's a brand new position with the 9th largest accounting firm in the country in a sales and marketing role in their healthcare consulting/professional services division - seriously would be HUGE for me.

That being said - I really really do actually appreciate that it seems you guys are looking out for me.

Uber long day for me - 4hr drive, worked all day, then did legs at the gym. I'm going to soak for a few in the tub...
 
I was expecting you to say something like the sex was fan-fuggin-tastic when I got into this thread, but just "yay"? So I am assuming that the bumping of the uglies was totally worth it if you are going to drive that far. Congrats to you, chica. :)

Actually it was fan friggin tastic a few times - but I don't know, it's funny that I feel strange posting on here about stuff like that with him - he doesn't know about EF; I don't think he would be a fan. As you said V - the anticipation totally does make it sooo hot. I had a feeling he would be worth the wait. I totally felt like my insides were all stirred out of place - guess that's what it's like when you don't get it for months? Wow.

you missed the point of my post. you have posted several photos on him on here. i would not be happy about that if i was him. i don't want photos of myself plastered all over a site that i don't even post on.
 
if hes really a good guy congratz. 278 seems like a lot but i am a roadtrip machine i can zone out and hit 300 miles like its nothing. i used to go to school 330 miles from my house and i smashed that drive friday-sunday tons of times.

for proof. in 4 years ive driven my car 95k miles.
