the idioligy of cruising is once u come off a blast the cruise allows you to maintain most of ur gains, and prevent any rebound effect
secondly u SHOULD cruise for enough time to allow wateva gear u blasted with to be at a low blood concentration,
this is becoz your body while blasting becomes accumstomed to the gear doses and raises hormones like SHGB, cortisol, lowers myostatin etc, so once u return to crusing u should cruise long enough to give the gear u blasted with enough time to reach low levels of concentrations in ur blood
this way u body becomes responsive to your next blast
theres also the issue of your health, get some blood work done before u next blast, that way u see how ur health is, theres no point blasting if your cholestrol levels look liek shit etc
blasting and cruising is a personal choice, its as safe and effective as you make it
in ur case running prop, 5 weeks is enough time to cruise on providing ur health is in chek
also on a side note, i dont mean to sound rude but if 200mg of test a week is enough for you to maintain ur gains off a blast you probably shouldnt be blasting n crusing since that indicates your physique is very unlikely to be of a substantial muscular development
