Winter Bulking Cycle NEED ADVICE

6 week cycle is a waste .
Dont start untill you have a proper PCT in-hand...if you are gonna run deca , then forget about nolvadex - read the PCT stickies.Drop the dbol to 30mg and the deca to 300mg, wait untill you have enought test to run the cycle for 12 weeks .
1-4 dbol 30mg
1-10 deca 300mg
1-12 test 500mg

Dont do ANYTHING untill you have got everything you need on-hand for PCT and possible sides.
Use the search button to find similar cycles then post up your proposed new cycle including AI's ,hCG and PCT .

What does your diet look like ?

Ive been training for 8 years and consistantly hitting the gym 5days/wk for past 5 years

here is an example of my diet:

meal 1: -3 whole eggs 3 eggwhites w whole multigrain toast
-morning shake ( whole milk, 1 banana, 2 scoops protein, 2/3 cup oatmeal, 1 tbls flax ground)

snack: sliced sweet potatoes w salt and seasoning

meal 2: -pre workout: peanut butter OR tuna sandwich, side almonds and assorted fruit

meal 3: -protein + skim milk or water

meal 4: post workout : chicken breast w brown rice and assorted veggies

snack: 1 can kidney beans raw

meal 5: dinner: ground bison w brown rice and veggies OR fish with veggies and potatoes

meal 6: Rice crackers w cottage cheese + protein w skim milk or water

thanks for the advice Im going to buy more gear and run this cycle now

1-4 dbol 50mg (I would consider running 30mg but i have 25mg tabs)
1-10 deca 400mg
1-12 test 600mg

I chose these dosages after further research and decide they would suit be best for the massive size im looking for, if you think im making a terrible mistake plz comment, thanks

Also ive also been getting conflicting advice on the nolvadex for PCT, since ive already bought the nolva, would it be useful or useless in this cycle due to the deca???

OK, Dbol.....dont take 50mg just coz you have 25mg tabs , split one of those tabs in half and take 12.5mg x 2ED .Trust me bro 25mg is plenty !

Deca......i didnt realize from your first post that you had not run test with your dbol on the first cycle.Ozzie spotted it and his advice is dead right , save the deca for your next cycle and run Test/dbol this time around. Reason being ,you need to see what sides if any - the Test is going to bring .

Test.....500mg is more than enough for you to make great gains this time around. 250mg x 2 for 10 weeks .

This cycle would be much easier to manage in respect of controling sides and recovery. so save the deca and lower the dbol.

As for the conflicting views on Nolvadex...Have you read the PCT stickies ? and searched the site for similar cycles... ?

Trust me, research and learn this properly and will get the results you are looking for without fucking yourself -up along the way.It is less stressful to read and learn this stuff now than it is to start reading "help with gyno " threads a few months later.

Drop the deca dosage to 400mgs per week and up the test to 600mgs per week. I would run the deca for 10 weeks and the test for 12 weeks,otherwise you won't reap all the benefits of these drugs. Have your pct ready, I always run clomid and nolvadex,clomid @100mgs first 7 days,down to 50mgs for the next 14 days,and the nolva @ 40mgs for 2 weeks and drop it to 20mgs for the following 2 weeks. I have done similar cycles and kept a lot of my gains. Best of luck!!

I appreciate everyones advice you have helped alot, Im researching proper PCT for deca, but will hold onto the Nolvadex incase Gyno starts. Im still insistant on taking Deca because during my last (dbol only) cycle, i started having joint pains due to the massive weight i was lifting compared to pre cycle. Also im certain the Deca will increase collagen synthesis amd solve the joint pain. I know this is only my 2nd cycle, but i want to treat it as if it was my last.

Im still curious on what the problem is with taking 50mgs/day of dbol is when ive taken the same dosage during my first cycle with zero side effects? Do you think that dosage could really be harmful or negative if my body tolerated it once already?

Also the Deca is something that i really need for my joints, they began hurting from the weights i was lifting during my 1st cylce. I can only imagine the how much pain my joints can withstand during this bulking cycle.

Its your body bro, so its completely up to you what you put in it.
The advice is there for you to use or ignore.

Either way i think you definitely need to do more reading and research on EF before you start this cycle.

I understand using Deca for joints. I just finished a 14 week cycle with Test C/Test E (500mg week)with Deca(300mg week) for the first 12 weeks. For AI, I used Anaztrazole(Geneza) .5mg ED. Awsome Results!

Deca is a progestin and nolvadex upregulates progesterone receptors. If you take nolvadex for gyno while using deca, it will likely make your gyno worse.

Never mix nolvadex with deca or tren. Period!
 
I didn't mean to give bad advice with regards to using nolvadex and increasing progesterone levels, but I did genuinely find a nolva+clomid pct very helpful after 2 12 week test ent+deca cycles, and an 8 week test prop+tren ace course. I got absolutely no gyno and kept the majority of my gains! But it may not work as well for others so just avoid my advice if you have any gyno related issues!!
