was given it for my recent bout of bronchitis by an ENT... well it also helps with inflammation and arthritis. not only is my cough much much better but i was having trouble working my biceps and also any movement where i would put pressure on my forearms which

SUCKED SINCE I WAS really kicking ass on this last cycle with my strength and i just dealt with the pain.

less then 12 hours later after taking 30mg my arm pain that i've had for 2 months is almost all gone.

so if anyone else is having some issues like this i think its worth a shot before things get worse and it becomes chronic. but only take for a few days. and taper it down. i'm doing 30mg for 2 days.. 20mg for 2 days.. and 10mg for 2 days. then stopping.

Prednisone, like any corticosteroid will kill inflamation but it does absolutely nothing for the underlying injury. This means you feel great, work out hard and just continue to cause further damage to the injured area. And if the risk of long term permanent injury isnt bad enough, corticosteroids really hamper the immune system.

Bingo! +1

Sounds like you've got golfers elbow. That pain is on the inside of your elbow connecting to the forearm right? It sucks, and has been a chronic injury for me. Igf1, changing workout habbits, and super thick wrist wraps have worked wonders for me.

no it is on the inside of both my forearms. about halfway between elbow and wrist.

its kinda like arm shin splints. forgot what its called but it is pretty common. after I've been increasing my weights it started to come on and has stuck for 2 months.

also I have an old football injury from 11 years ago where my arm snapped which could be related to what i have now.

NOT A FAN of drugs at all. hate em. but the doc prescribed it for my coughing like i said above and literally the next day my arm pain dissapeared. pretty good stuff

Wow that sounds awful bro. I don't remember off the top of my head if igf1 is supposed to help with bone healing.... maybe. I am sure that cissus is though. Have you tried any yet?
