Ok do you even lift weights now? I have a few concerns about this....
1) anyone who did lift knows that you're not going to go into the gym a couple days after a PR and repeat the lift....unless of course you want a catastrophic injury. If you're trying to lure me into that....well....I dunno all I can say is I've been lifting too long to be suckered into that.
2) I'm also concerned that you don't really lift weights otherwise you'd have a conception that 495 pounds, while not being a paltry sum, isn't enough to warrant taking a video. There's a 215 running back in my gym that can rep 600 2-3 times easy......I don't see him video taping his shit.
3) Nothing to do with you lifting weights or not.....but I'm not in my hometown right now and won't be for awhile. You were correct earlier last month when you suspected I was making the generous "get out plunkeys hair" offer because I was leaving.
But in the next week or so I might be attempting an incline press with 3+ plates.....would you like me to tell you how that went too? I can't really video tape that either but I'll be happy to have a full write up waiting for you on your desk the following morning.
