Ive done over ten cycles in the past and not once fucked up, except now. my friend that gets me gear has never failed me before and always has extra nolva on hand. but now im starting to get swelling in the nipples (im on 300mg test/wk) and tenderness and need something asap. is there any other measure i can take>?? i cant get anything and he cant find any for me so will that otc novedex be of any help considering that im only on 300mg/wk??? desperate guys...and i know i made a stupid decision and ill learn from it.

Go see a doctor, they still have a duty of care over you... Just plead your case to them
If you genuinely tell them you have really sore nipples, your in pain, your getting gyno side effects etc etc, im not sure about the legality in the states but I find it pretty hard to imagine they would just turn you away... and even if they do just go doctor shopping until you find one that will help you out....
