2. If you are running a oral steroid its best to run a liver support. More then just Milk Thistle is best

I don't understand why people always say to "up your daily calorie intake" when talking about cycling steroids. What if their goal is to cut? That would be the worst thing to do in that scenario.

Because most steroids dont do crap with out cals. For the record upping cals can burn fat..........OMG no frigging way? Yup way :biggrin:

Yes, but if you are taking steroids and trying to shred bodyfat, you should make use of being in an anabolic state 24/7 by decreasing your calories by a lot more than usual. I am not saying to eat 1000 calories a day. For example, my maintenance right now is somewhere around 3500 calories. If I were cutting naturally, I would lower my calories to somewhere around 2900. If I were on some Test, I would drop it to somewhere close to 2100. When I do this, I literally strip all of the fat off of my body and I still add a few pounds of lean mass. That's the beauty of cutting on gear.

True or you could keep cals the same and take advantage of some thermo's, insulin mimickers, or other goodies. End up gaining more muscle along with the fat lose.
