No they arent the same THING, they are basically in the same class of substances though.

Sarms-s4 is more being tested as a replacement to Test injections for HRT.

Weight gains are very gradual expect only a pound or two each week after a while it kind o levels off ,B ut! that doesn't mean it's not working...I gained another 2 pounds after 3 weeks of sarms. its a definete builder of deep sketelal muscle tissue.
