Forged lean mass issues

I had to quit taking my forged lean mass because the back pumps were getting to the point of lasting all day long and interfering with my every day life. This was my first cycle and lasted 3 weeks, I was having a hard time just doing every day chores or going to the grocery with my wife. My back would get so tight it felt like I had deadlifted 800 lbs or something.
Now I have a question and my plan to go back on forged.

my question is, I have been off of forged lean mass for 5 days now and while the back pumps have considerably gotten better they are not gone yet how long for things to get back to normal? and how long should I wait to start my next cycle? my current plan is to stay off of forged for a month or 2 and let things get back to normal and This time I am not going to take 2 pills a day I am going to cut it back to just 1 and see what happens?

2nd question is how long does it take the body to get back to normal? Thanks

shouldnt take much longer bro, stay off for atleast a month and run your pct. next time you run it gets some taurine it will help you with the back pumps considerably.

I tried the taurine and it did seem to help however i didn't start it until the back pumps were already whipping my ass. Thanks

Keep adding the taurine like orbit, and dose evil said. Also read the post RADAR had about back pumps!!! It helped me alot on the same thing.

Definitely keep it small with a 1 pill a day dose if your sides are too much to handle. You might want to consider pulsing the orals if your side effects really do get that bad. Do heavy lifting 4-5 days a week and only take the FLM on the days you are doing resistance training. It gives your body a break from the constant liver harshness and some believe that pulsing justifies extending cycles from 4 weeks to 6 weeks or so. I have read no reason to suspect that a pulse method is less effective than a full-out every day dose method. I'm of the opinion that the muscles make most use of steroids on days that you thoroughly exercise. Taking doses every day (especially larger doses) may maintain the amount of supplement in your blood, but what good is it if your muscle receptors aren't making extensive use of it on days off? This is a rather debated topic as you can imagine.

I get the back pumps, but I've found that exercising other muscle groups away from the lower back tends to temporarily eliminate the lower back pumps. I never get it so bad to the degree that it's too painful, but I also don't take more than 25mg superdrol in a day. 2 pills is 30mg. That's quite a bit of Superdrol plus whatever else is in your version of FLM (either Epistane or Pheraplex). I was actually happy when I first started getting pumps because then I knew I had bought real superdrol!

I could even explain how too if you like.

"I could even explain how too if you like." I'd be interested in hearing more. Do you know what the underlying cause of the back pumps are? This would be particularly interesting to know. I've suspected it is related with tonic muscle fiber tension since lower back muscles are always in some state of contraction just to maintain body posture and support for the torso. Perhaps Superdrol has a specific effect on muscles that maintain lasting contractions which results in increased tightening/hardening of these muscles, causing the symptoms of back pumps. Just a thought.

I would be interested to know why the superdrol causes back pumps myself.

However I did learn alot about FLM and working out for instance while on the FLM cut out all forms of running, cycling , biking to relieve pressure from the lower back. This will relieve some of the back pumps, Also I do love working squats even though it isnt my strongest event I would consider doing leg presses instead to releieve even more of the back strain. any more ideas?
