I think it's why I'm always such a chipper individual during the day. The best is being on hold for 30 minutes after being transferred around a number of times and then having the line go dead. I could take out a small village with a scythe after that.

i paritally agree, but there is more to it...i'm a firefighter, there is no specific firefighting work.
my contract is only for 8 months a year...i have enough saved to live off of my own earned money, but i cannot turn down the UE
