I'm new to this.. My first cycle

I'm 21, 5ft 9in, and was 230lbs/20%BF when I started.

I am taking 200mg of Test Cyp. every Friday.
Stacking with that is roughly 30mg of Winny every Mon/Wed/Fri

I'm not trying to take it too hard for the first time.

I have posted pictures of when I started, and now, starting my 5th week, standing at 13% BF and 213lbs.

I haven't done any cardio at all, which was probably stupid of me.

I have a clean diet, although I am always told I don't eat enough (Irony?).

For the second half of my 10-week cycle I am going to start running 4-5 times a week in addition to my weight training. I am just about depleted on the winny, so I won't be taking any more of it!

I am open to suggestions, comments, or criticism!

I am a new guy trying to learn the ropes.

What exactly are you looking for help on? what questions do you have about your cycle. Also are you familiar with a proper PCT and the regime to run to get your normal test back up and going?
 
Oh right! My concern is getting rid of this lower belly. It seems like everything else is trimming down but that!

And actually, I don't know much about PCT at all.
 
cardio and diet will do that my friend! Also winny should be taken ED, because of the 1/2 life. Def wanna run a proper PCT also.
 
yes use the search feature and look for the OFFICIAL PCT OF 2009, that is a start. You should be looking at an easy transition because of the moderate dosage your running. Look into OTC stuff like sustain alpha and Unleashed , then you may want to look into others like Nolvadex and HCG to ensure the proper function of natural testosterone. you came to the right site as the info here seems endless and the people are very helpful and aim to help out with all we can! Cardio will help in the fat burning area, just focus on eating quaility foods and do some extra abdominal exercises to target the midsection.
 
Alright, I am drinking my N.O. Xplode then heading to the gym for some ab workouts. Also I wanted to know if I was making decent progress for the first 4 weeks I've been training?
 
if you're cutting, great job! do a little bit of morning cardio first thing when u get up on an empty stomach, that will shed some lower ab fat, i hate that stuff!

So far, so good! Welcome to EF. Good advice about PCT. It's a MUST. Also, search, search and search some more. It's your body and the only one you've got. Believe it or not, the more often you eat, the better chance you have of keeping a steady, elevated metabolism. That and the fact that while you are ON CYCLE you are building more muscle (and more muscle helps burn more fat) will really help you reach your goal. Since you are new, you will hear this not just from me, but from everyone. DIET! Just because you work out hard and are ON CYCLE doesn't guarantee you'll look like the Incredible Hulk. If your diet sucks, you'll look like the Incredible Bulk. Try to eat 6-7 times a day and write down EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth. Try to drink at least a gallon of water a day. If you think you are drinking enough, you probably aren't. Drink more.
Not everything you need to know, but just my 2 cents. The spare tire is always the last to go. Wait until you're 40! GOOD LUCK!
 
Oh god, more running on an empty stomach! I guess it will be like basic training again for me :p

just a brisk walk for 30-45 mins is all you need, elevated heart rate for a decent period of time will do the trick. a light jog if you want too!

And even more info for you to read so i've hooked you up with a free platinum so you can get your PCT down before your ready to start it its very important part of cycling IMO .

Your diet with get you lean or bulk along with training and the bottom abbs are the hardest to bring out so dial that diet in mate .

Just remember bro, you can't target fat loss. You need to lower your bf% to a point where you start to lose in the areas you want to. Ab work will help to tone the muscle, but it won't burn the fat. All about cardio.

Get your heart rate into that fat burning zone (about 65% of max heart rate) and watch it disappear :)

You sound like a Cybex salesman or trainer. lol

agree with the abductor exercises, they wont burn fat off those areas. diet. cardio, and pills as supplement IF necessary, lol
