depending on flavors that is the brake down of the WPBlends I have on the way. I also have a post work out shake formula coming too.

Products are already in the mail and on there way to me now. So its all up to the usps now

The reg protein is a great tasting low carb blend. Mixes well in water or milk and taste great. They will be a good value too. I myself always double my servings
when using any protein powder and I know you do to. Two servings of this protein taste great and mixes Awesome bro.

As you know per label laws you must put what you have the most of first and so on. its a 60/40 blend WPC/WPI blend

i'll have to check it out. i bought a bag of the bars last weak and they didnt last a day lol. we all ate them. the kids wanted more so i bought 2 more bags.
