What's up guys,

I've been frequenting these boards since I was about 17. I am 23 now and have always thought about using steroids and even purchased steroids in the past with the intentions of using them but I could never pull the trigger.

I took the advice of everyone and continued to lift hard and clean up my diet. I have been lifting for over 5 years now but in the past year I have made incredible gains by getting serious and staying consistent with my diet, lifting routine, and cardio.

But I feel as if I've plateaued over the last couple of months.

I am 5'9," 170, around 10% body fat. Pound for pound, I feel that I am pretty strong although my legs are still a work in process.

A picture of me is attached to this post to give you guys an idea of what I look like. Sorry for the blur, had to crop some dudes out of the pic and it ended up that way. I don't really have any others.

Any advice would be appreciated. I really don't want to use gear just yet because I love being natural and feel a real sense of accomplishment when I continue to see gains. I consider steroids as cheating and the easy way out. At the same time I can easily see myself using them someday when I feel like there is nothing else I can do to get bigger and leaner.

The main problem is that I am satisfied with how I look right now but I just want to be about 15-20 pounds bigger (and obviously stronger) without sacrificing my lean look. I don't know how I could possibly eat any more than I am right now and keep my diet clean.

I like that diet, alot! It's so easy to eat more than a pound of good meat a day. I would just substitute sweet potatoes sometimes for the oatmeals after breakfast. I stay very lean on a diet similar to that.
 
i think that a simple first cycle would be your best bet. i would suggest a cycle of 500mg test ew 1-12 and tbol 50mg/ed 1-4. tbol is one of the safer orals and yields good gains with little to no bloat. a cycle like this will help you get a feel for how it all works. of course you don't want to forget your ai and pct...

I do eat sweet potatoes as well. My diet is not exactly like the one listed every day, I do throw in turkey breast, tuna, sweet potatoes, and cottage cheese in there on some days.

I've done a good amount of research on testosterone and am leaning towards Sus250. Obviously I'll get my pct in order before anything else.

Do you guys recommend three 250mg injections of Sus250 per week? Some places I've read 3 injections a week is the way to go, others say 2 injections is fine.
 
To be honest with you mate, you could gain a lot more by just adding the cals in. If you keep eating exactl as you do now but start on the steroids; sure you will gain
 
This is my suggestion man. I've been where you are mentally for a long time. Needto helped me set up everything so I wouldn't have to pin myself. I am 200lbs at 9% body Fat. I want to hit 215 at 6% I have no problems suggesting, nay plead, for you to purchase needtobuildmuscle.com's SHREDDER STACK. The stuff is serious business. I'm a week and a half in I'm at 206 and about 8%BF. No sides whatsoever. It actually has cleared up my acne! It's oral so no need to stick yourself. You wont feel like cheatin:) If you are not absolutely stoked about the gains in strenght(Which are gnarley) you can punch me in the nuts... Plus you will definately loose some bodyfat so a win win in my book.

PS congrats gettin to where you are naturally, and for not being so impatient that you get screwed up physically.
PSS The guys that post regularly on EF are like family. They are some of the coolest guys I know!

mass, but anythig you gain on cycle will gradually be lost when you come off, as your current diet clearly only supports your current bodyweight.

you've got to get out of the mindset that youre eatng all you an, and that you need steroids. I was i nthe same position years ago where i thought i was eating huge, and that there was no wa i was going to gain weight - and i too was only consuming around 300g carbs a day. for your reference, a competing bodybuilder mate of mine eats 1100g carbs a day in his off season! so dont feel too hard done by. i suggest you buy yourself a big tub of maltodextrin, and have one 50g serving in a shake alongside your breakfast, and another 50g serving post workout. ill bet an extra 100g carbs a day will be enough to get you going again in the right direction, without any gear.
 
You've got a great frame and at 23, you're just starting to peak in terms of making your best gains. Try a serious supplement cycle such as UNLEASHED and BIG BLAST everyday for 6 weeks. Learn some different training techniques. Right there you can pack on another 10 pounds.
 
Dark side???...is there something wrong with loads of muscle mass, A positive outlook on life, an increased sense of well being, an incerease libido and being strong as a ox???
 
agreed in the next couple years you will start to peak on where your body can put on lean muscle. But if you do go that way, i don't care what anyone on here says for your first cycle you do not need 600mg of test a week. my first cycle after being off for 5 years i used 300mg a week and grew like a weed. with your diet and your current frame, i am sure your body will respond to very low doses.

Nothing wrong with any of those things at all. What dude doesn't want to be lean, mean, and strong as an ox?

Only problem I have with steroids is that I've seen some of the tiniest guys from my high school take them and blow up into muscle heads and it pisses me off. They were the skinny dorks that never worked out and now they are bigger and stronger than me because they've ran a few cycles.

I've even lifted with them and I lift way harder and eat way better but their strength and physiques blow mine away because of the stuff they are using, no other reason.

But you know what they say, if you can't beat em, join 'em!

The Only thing I can say is that typically those are the guys that get massive! In every aspect. Massive acne, massive, then no pct and then just massively fat! Since your doing it the right way of doing it you're going to have a lot more success and look a ton beter too!!!
