First Cycle Help Required !!!

I've been training my ass off since I was 20. I've stayed clean as a whistle! I was a professional volleyball player and had every opportunity while i was younger to do some gear, but I'm thankful for guys like Radar, Mr. X, Dabuffguy, and Esspecially Needto to set me in the right path. You got plenty of time. It's tough waiting, I know, I'm pretty Impatient. I think you will really thouroughly enjoy and appreciate the results of the wise advice of the pros on here have given you though.

PS Might I suggest Getting some pics taken Before, After, and even inbetween for the next year. You will be amazed at the results you will see over the next year or two.
 
My thoughts as well. Put on at least 20 lbs naturally then think about roids.

There should be some sort of rule against giving someone gear advice if theyve been training less than 5 years...and even thats pushing it in my mind.

I understand the whole "theyll probably do it anyway" argument, but IMO thats like saying its alright to shoot someone because they have cancer. "They were gonna die anyway."

Just like not feeding the trolls, perhaps if theres no more of the "Well, you definately shouldnt be doing any gear, but if you do heres what you wanna do" business it may actually work out for the best.

actually i am from India and doing my engineering(B.E/B.Tech) in Computers and go to college daily so don't have much of non-veg everyday
my diet schedule :

8:00 AM
BANANA SHAKE that has:
4 banana
500 ml milk
1 raw egg
1 scoop ice-cream
1 scoop peanut butter
1 scoop Serious Mass

with the shake i take 3 boiled egg white

12:30 PM

Rice + bread + yogurt + pulses

4:00 PM
Bread + cooked vegetable

5:30 PM

boiled potatoes 1 or 2 not regularly

6:00 PM

GYM

7:30 PM
BANANA SHAKE same as in the morning just instead of 1 scoop of serious mass i add 2 scoops

3 boiled egg whites

9:30 or 10:00 PM

Dinner : bread and some cooked vegetable

11:30 PM

1 glass milk

once or twice..a week i have chicken or mutton
 
actually the problem is that we don't get beef and tuna here in India so is there any alternative...??

WOW! no beef or tuna, how about Fish? You got Fowl (chickens,Quail,turkey stuff like that) what about fish other than tuna? Plus you need to up that protein,a meal every 2 hrs.
I know it's a pain,but its required to meet your goals.

As far as meat, are you allowed to hunt there,shoot a Deer,Hell a bear even.

lolzzz no shooting allowed here no turkey no Quail we only have chicken and mutton here, fish is there but its seasonal we get in winters only.
 
Well, I would be chowing down on a crap load of chicken then. You need animal proteins from a source like chicken, beef, fish. Seems like chicken is your best option.

Or I heard Bengal Tiger is high in protein too.
