First Cycle Help Required !!!

I want to start my first steroid cycle so guidance is required

statistics :

weight : 165 lbs

height : 5'10''

age : 20 yrs

Experience : 2 yrs

I don't know much about steroids.I have read a lot about them but not able to make a good gaining cycle out of them with least side-effects.
I am currently taking Optimum Serious Mass Gainer.

You all are much experienced so please help me out with this.

a good first cycle would be test, the sides u would get or can get depends on how much u take and what genetics u have.
a safe cycle, or the safest if u dont want to much sides would be anavar maybe.

but as i said, depends on genetics and stuff.
 
im sorry my freind but we do not give out advice to peolpe under 21. Wait a few more years untill you have more training experience as well. You have a while to go before you are ready. Untill then read read read and learn as much as you can so when you are ready to take the plunge you will know what to do.
 
Get some blood work done and find out what your natural test levels are. If everything is functioning as should be you'll likely find there quite high as should be the case at your age. If this does turn out to be as expected then take advanatge of that while your able and stay natural for as long as you possibly can before looking to start steroids. With a level around 750-1000 ng/dL as I suspect you will see then you have great capacity to pack on muscle with test levels within that range combined with an appropriate diet and serious training.

If you do this it will set you up for long term continued growth and is the smart thing to do.

Nicely put, no need in saturating your receptors at such a young age if your natural test levels are adequate for muscle gain. Much of the inexperience in gaining LBM in younger people is the inexperience and knowledge of training technique and diet. Does that make sense?

With what Access stated here the obvious start would be blood work; however, being a man in this world we probably all know that won't happen therefore if you absolutely need to do a cycle to test the waters a simple Test Cypionate cycle at say 200-400mg EW would suffice. You'll gain weight no doubt but what we, the experienced users are trying to provide advice on is in time the receptors become saturate making each stack more difficult to gain LBM from. Try the diet and intense training, when you plateau I'd look for that Test cycle.

Actually, a good first cycle for this guy would be none at all.

Dude, youre 20 years old and have been lifting for two years.

Best thing to do is read everything you can here (especially on the diet and training forum) and ask again 4-5 years from now.

My thoughts as well. Put on at least 20 lbs naturally then think about roids.
 
Train Until failure,work each muscle group once a week,If you're not sore then you didn't use enough weight or you did it improperly.
Here is a sample

Day one

Chest(Bench press,dumbell flys,pec deck machine)

Tri's (skull crushers,tricep push down using v bar,or straight bar)

Shoulders(shoulder press,bumbell raises (side & front)


Day 2

Back (rows,lat pulldown (behind the neck,and in front also angled backwards at a 45 degrees)
Abs

Day 3
Free squats(all the "big boys do squats",leg extenstions,leg curls,calves)


Get 1&1/2 gram of hi quality protein for every lb of bodyweight,take a good multi vitamin/mineral every day
Diet should consist of whole foods not processed food.
Nuts,Dairy,Meats,veggies,fruits

Eat several smaller servings(5-6) rather than 3 large ones as the helps to keep the body from storing the excess as fat.

Believe me YOU WILL GROW DOING THIS!
