No but seriously, good idea, we always give advice but how many times do you forget to follow up with people and see how they are doing or if people disapear for a while, how many people are reaching out to find out if everything is ok. Especially on a forum of this nature its important to remember to worry about the PEOPLE and not just the TEXT on the screen.

Having a mega-ultra huge abscess on your ass and crazy flu like symptoms with five 12 hour days of manual labor that you can't afford to miss staring at you is scary as hell and tough.......having someplace and somebody to turn to for answers is extremely comforting!!!

I love lifting. Elite helps me lift better.

I got a lot going on and it's hard to stay active on the forum. I always check in from time to time and I always know Needto and countless others will be there when I need them.

When you read a thread like this it kinda makes you feel like people care. My girlfriend wonders sometimes why i get online just to read and comment on this site. THIS is why....I feel like most here are truely concerned with my health and well being. Kudos to Needtoo and others for being willing to take time and help newer guys in learning.

P.S. still wish the buffguy could pull up the thread about the anal injection....I feel like I am missing out on a part of EF history...lol

Thanks RNCH, I really appreciate it. I've been, like I said to other forums and didn't care for it, but maybe I went in a little too gung ho if ya know what I mean. I was very straight to the point and I basically got shunned. I didn't think I was doing anything wrong. I wasn't violating any of the unwritten rules (and you know the ones I'm Talkin bout) none the less I still never heard from anybody who truly wanted me to achieve what I Desired...So it's good to be here!

I had a friend who helped me get started with my first cycle but he split to prep for a competition.I started getting some sides(gyno) and he was so into his own thing he was no help to me at all.I came here and got the answers I needed.Funny how a bunch of people I never met were there when one of my closest friends wasn't.I definitely appreciate EF and all the people who take the time to answer questions and those that post their questions.More than a few times I read a post and went,"WHEW!! It's not just me."
