Hi, i just thought i would ask the pros advice on my issue....
im Rob im 25 years old, 5ft 8 weigh about 10 stone but find it hard to put muscle on and gain strength... i have been hitting the gym regular for almost 2 years and got my weight up to 13 stone but was unhappy with my figure (might sound abit gay but when your unhappy your unhappy) so i changed my routine and from january to now iv shed 3 stone, anyway i still have a little fat around the mid section but feel alot better but have lost strength.. i am now considering the use of roids just for a short cycle to boost muscle and trim that last bit of fat away....
i have researched steroids quite alot over the last few weeks and to be honest its abit of foggy world, im confused about what to take for the results i want, and how long it might take to see the difference.... some people say a short cycle of minimal amounts wont give side effects yet others scream it could kill you...
could someone inform me of a safe starter routine and what the outcome would be... i would be greatful of any help.. idealy i would like an 8 week cycle but i understand if gains are still being made by then it would do no harm to go for 10 weeks, i was looking into 400ml of deca per week but someone mentioned that causes the di*k to go floppy, so the suggestion was to use double the amount of test to counter this. but im all confused about it now....
my end goal is to be lean and muscular, im not looking into continued use i just want to try the 1 cycle. at the moment i can only bench 60 kilos total (including bar) so to increase this would be a nice confidence boost.
also after i stop the steroids would my body remain at that particular strength and shape... i try to keep my diet nice and healthy so dont really eat much junk...
