Newbie needing advice.

Hi, i just thought i would ask the pros advice on my issue....

im Rob im 25 years old, 5ft 8 weigh about 10 stone but find it hard to put muscle on and gain strength... i have been hitting the gym regular for almost 2 years and got my weight up to 13 stone but was unhappy with my figure (might sound abit gay but when your unhappy your unhappy) so i changed my routine and from january to now iv shed 3 stone, anyway i still have a little fat around the mid section but feel alot better but have lost strength.. i am now considering the use of roids just for a short cycle to boost muscle and trim that last bit of fat away....

i have researched steroids quite alot over the last few weeks and to be honest its abit of foggy world, im confused about what to take for the results i want, and how long it might take to see the difference.... some people say a short cycle of minimal amounts wont give side effects yet others scream it could kill you...

could someone inform me of a safe starter routine and what the outcome would be... i would be greatful of any help.. idealy i would like an 8 week cycle but i understand if gains are still being made by then it would do no harm to go for 10 weeks, i was looking into 400ml of deca per week but someone mentioned that causes the di*k to go floppy, so the suggestion was to use double the amount of test to counter this. but im all confused about it now....

my end goal is to be lean and muscular, im not looking into continued use i just want to try the 1 cycle. at the moment i can only bench 60 kilos total (including bar) so to increase this would be a nice confidence boost.
also after i stop the steroids would my body remain at that particular strength and shape... i try to keep my diet nice and healthy so dont really eat much junk...

Hey bro, No deca for you. Test only for a first time cycle. Trust me. AND your dick will work.
HOWEVER, in reading your post I think you would benefit from holding off a bit before using AAS.
Post up your diet. If your strength is down you need more protien, and possibly more sleep. Proper diet tailored to your goals and correct amount of sleep are more important than AAS.
 
thanks for the quick reply, well i try to keep what i eat clean....
typical day...
breakfast ill have some poridge,
lunch ill have a normal cooked meal at work, all healthy no fried junk.
tea ill have rice and chicken with some salad..
i notmally take 2 shakes a day 2 scoops of whey protean... also befor and after the gym ill have a banana..
im aware that i dont want to put anymore fat on than i have if anything i want to lower it but keep and increase my muscle...

oh and i hit the gym roughly about 5 to 6 times a week, 4 times a week for weights and i do targeted parts of my body. the other says ill do a 5 to 8 mile run.

You need a better diet. Read more about eating a bodybuilding diet. I don't care how many AAS you take, if you don't eat correctly you will not get the results.
 
Im no expert on fat loss since I have always been and ectomorph, but I will tell you that the diet is the key. I would say up your protein intake to 2g per lb of bodyweight. Also stick to foods known to put on lean mass like whole wheat products, brown rice, and red meat. Introduce regular cardio work to melt off the excess fat and lift using compund exercises only to build strength.

Don't take any AAS until you have run at least a couple of months on a high protein diet and heavy compound lifting.

Oh and definetly sleep at least 8-9 hours a night and don't overtrain, give your muscles time to reast or your strength won't go up.

cheers for the advice guys, big help.... im going to start a new diet and take more protein on board i think see what that does for me... what sort of roids would you recomend for my first course then, im thinking the test might be a bad choice because you hold alot of water apparently and end up with a podgyer face??? also would i need to double that up with anything???

No. The saying test is best isnt just a myth. Will you retain water? That depends on your DIET and cardio. If you pack in the sodium then yes you will be a big fat water bag. If you eat clean and do some cardio then you shouldnt have any water issues. Test is never a bad idea and should be the base starting point of ANY cycle. Whether its just test or whether your stacking 8 compounds. You need test to function correctly.
 
i see what you mean, so the test on its own is good to do than, im cool with that because im confident with my ability to keep the cardio and diet going.... would there be any issues with man boobs, cos i hear ppl taking supliments to prevent this, or wont it matter too much on a short dose and rigid routine...
