The 10 reps or so trailing her earned between $85,000 and $150,000. Bonuses of $30-$50,000 based on annual numbers. We do have scripts but I doubt those people were using them.

One girl I worked with came from Hooters with no experience, and just because she was a hot blonde (who looked incredible in a business suit) got promoted two levels within a year without hitting any numbers. Yeah, she didn't do shit. They get paid an hourly base rate + commission. Apparently she was trying to get paid her base pay for partying it up in Florida the entire week.

They have to report their hours and how many sales calls/presentations they make and how much $ they sold each night into an online application - she reported average numbers all week, including sales to several businesses in Iowa - which is impossible....and fraud.

Why I always hire foreigners. lol. Culture today are in a 'we are owed everything, what's in it for me, me, me' phase. 99% posts on EF are 'all about me!'.

As for her: Yeah that was stupid. It's just the lack of trust, morals and everything that comes out of lying like that. Plus clearly she didn't give a shit and wanted to have fun the last week. I'd be surprised if you paid her.

On a positive note: she won't get UI.

Lame thing is they always appeal, then I have to do a phone hearing, basically listen to them talk shit, then I win because I have GPS reports showing exactly where they were at.
